Field Events Begin at 10:00 AM Running Events Begin at 9:30 AM
Last year the Lake Washington Invitational was pleased to host 70teams.
Preliminaries will be run only in the 100 Hurdles, 100 meter, and 4x100meter relay.
All other track events will have timed heats to determine final place.
Please note that we adhere to WIAA sanctions, and that all participants must be accompanied by a coach at the stadium for the entire time of competition.
